Quarantini #1 - Espresso Rumtini
with Mainbrace Rum
50ml Mainbrace rum
25ml Kahlua
25ml Coffee
15ml Butterscotch

If caffeine is your vice, then you’ll want to rustle up this Espresso Rumtini pronto. With Mainbrace rum adding soothing notes of caramel and toffee to the palate and notes of dried fruits and spice on the nose, just add all your ingredients to a cocktail shaker, followed by plenty of ice cubes.

50ml Three Spirit Livener
50ml Cranberry juice

An invigorating elixir and the perfect party pick-me-up for those who fancy a mocktail, Three Spirits Livener adds a fresh and fiery flavour of watermelon, guava and ginger to your drink. To make, add your ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker or jam jar (make sure you tighten the lid) and shake, shake, shake.

with Six Saints Rum
25ml Six Saints Rum
25ml Coffee Liqueur
25ml Sugar Syrup
25ml Espresso
3 Coffee beans
Another take on Espresso Martini - because we know it too well, that’s one of our very favourite cocktails! Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Using a jigger, measure 25ml Six Saints Rum, 25ml coffee liqueur, 25ml sugar syrup and 25ml espresso into the shaker. Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a couple of coffee beans.
Quarantini #9 - Lulada Martini
with Caleño Drinks (alcohol-free)
50ml Caleño
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Gomme syrup
5ml Monin anise syrup
5-10 drops Ms. Betters’
Miraculous foamer
For this mocktail, it’s pretty straight forward, simply: shake, dry shake & strain. Pour your mixture into a coupette and garnish with a star anise for a fancy finish.
Quarantini #10 - Lime Martini
with Nippitaty
40ml Kalki Moon Premium Gin
10ml Dry Vermouth
¼ Lime
Fill a metal shaker with cracked ice. Pour in the dry vermouth, stir briefly, and strain out (this may be discarded). Add the gin and tir briskly for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with sliced finger lime sliced long ways and squeeze out some of the pearls. You have it!
